I don't even know the reason I got autobanned, I just made a account called rolexsweep (liked the name) recieved 2 infractions then got autobanned. :S But yeah no point using the contact us form, if you got hatred in the management they'll just reject your appeal straight away Id rather tell Sierk My post will probably be deleted soon. Id be banned soon too.
I think this regularity of autobanning is just going to far. Yes some people frequently break the rules but honestly that has happened for years and they know the consequences ie they will have to make a new account. Link has been here for a long time and whilst he has had a few accounts I have never seen him post anything that could be considered incredibly serious rule breaking. Autoban should be used sparingly and only for persistent and never ending spamming and posting of pornography. If Habbox was a school all the naughty boys would be expelled instead of sitting in the corner. That's my view anyway.

Depending on the new system and I have to assume that double posting will still be a warning somebody new to the forum could be cautioned within a day. There used to be contingencies for new members but it doesn't seem that there will be any flexibility at all now? Hope I am wrong about this.
We are usually more relaxed towards new users with, for instance, under 100 posts so that won't be an issue. People who are getting 5 warnings a day obviously are paying no attention to the rules and because of this, shouldn't be using the forum.

Auto-ban = Robots that spam forums with useless tat like viagra or penis enlargement pills.

Members shouldn't be banned unless they are seriously causing major issues to the forum and the members. No-one has really done this... The Caution Member group is there for a reason, and it should be used more. A persons first account means more than a second account, so if theyg et banned on their first, they'll make a second and cause even more problems for super moderators and administrators, so they won't care if that gets banned.

Super Moderators and the like are taking the easy route out, by auto-banning when all they really need to do is talk to member and if the problem persists, remove the forums or features they are abusing. To be honest, some Super Moderators and Administrators are so far up their backsides I can't blame members for starting up and yelling in reply

Thanks. Few moderators have even told me that my autoban was unfair and a lot of forum members as well, they have even told me to use the contact us form but I know nothing will happen so I won't. Something that annoys me the most is when I come on here make a account and make a topic my topic gets moved or my post gets moved. I congratulated bomb-head in Adams thread and my post got deleted :S:@

At best it is going to far as I said in the previous post and at worst it seems to becoming a bit of a sport. :@ I think perhaps the lack of real experience of some within that department is showing and conciliation and negotiation with members about their behaviour has gone out of the window - it's just shoot from the hip with no care as to maybe the member has personal problems that may be effecting their behaviour. Oh wait it's just an internet forum where people don't have real feelings. Well that's what someone said to me recently  ( my first use of this expression by the way.)

It's the behaviour on both sides really. Some moderators and super moderators act like they know everything and talk down to members as if they're stupid and insignificant to the forum. That sort of behaviour just provokes an argument between the two sides, and of course, the super moderator will win because they have the power to ban.

Indeed which could, I am not saying this is a true reflection, seem like bullying to some members and maybe even license to provoke.

Elkaa wouldn't lie to you, he has no reason to. If he said he's sent you an email then he's sent you one and if you didn't receive it then there's a problem on your end.

Then Elkaa could re-send it via request
