How do I remove a wallhack from CSS?

Well he should know because the hack doesn't automatically put the file in your css folder, you have to manually put it in there

delete the CSS folder and reinstall on steam?

At least you can be sure it's gone.

right click the game on STEAM, goto properties > data integrity check or check local game files or something and it will check if they are all valid, if not it will delete them and redownload them.

Erm if its like a multi hack itll be spread out so id suggest uninstalling steam and re installing it

Better way it just to delete the folder in steamapps then it will reextract it from the cache.
