There could be a parallel doctor, where all the time lords are still alive in that demension, and the Doctor said Time Lords were able to jump from dimension to dimension. So you never know
Its going to be like Saxon last series, where theres aload of clues leading up to it.
But yea, its Doctor who so anything can be possible

& I don't think there is parallel time lords, because 'The Doctor' has said time lords shift from one to the other I reackon the time lords would know if they had alternative versions of themselves
