i get really badly bullied
about 3-4 weeks ago i got admited into hospital with severe conusion and had to have ct scans, regular tests (every 1 hour even at 3 o clock in the morining they would wake me up and jab a light in my eye)

ermm hes 13 and
he would only get one caution of 3 that would be wiped clean when he reached 16
and i would have to numerous video interviews so i didnt bother

For that, I doubt it would be a caution, and the police would have been alerted anyway, so I don't believe you.

im in wales nd i spent 2 hours with the police
and coz im 12 im under age of 16 so i have to have video interviews not writen statements lol
and coz hes under 16 he would only get one caution your allowed 3 and they get wiped of at 16 anyways
