Well for one you SHOULDN'T work out every day as your muscle fibres snap so they need a few days to rest.

Also you need to lift HEAVY weights that fatique your muscles, I'm not talking to the extent where you can't put on a jacket without being in immense pain, just so they feel pumped. After that allow atleast 3-4 days rest.

Whats your routine? How much do you lift?

Haha, swimming is a great exercise to increase blood flow to your muscles and grow them

    Haha thankyou

Do you find 16kg is easy? If so, up the weight and do about 5-6 HEAVY reps. Make sure you get rest and eat and drink well as protein is needed to build muscle and water helps improve testosterone levels.

There is a more effective way of building muscles, holding the weight half way up, this means it's not only working 1 set of muscles but all of the surrounding muscles. Hold it until you can't hold it no more. Also, if you want big arms you need to work your biceps, triceps and forearms.

I advise you do barbell holds for the biceps, benchpress for the CHEST and triceps. Forearm curls for the forearms

    Make sure you lift heavy.

i find 16kg alright, i mean, i can only do 15 reps at the most..!

how do you do "forearm curls"?

also if you put your arms down with your knuckles facing away from you and lift up (like a pushup kinda), and down again, and up and down.. does that help anything?
