    okay, i don't workout every night but some nights (maybe 4 out of 7).

    I do 15 arm curls.
    15 of the things i described in my 2nd last post (with the triceps)
    20 situps on a swiss ball..

    Are they heavy to lift? You need to make it so you can do a maximum of 10.
    And thats where you are going wrong, working out everyday just wears your muscles out. Take a few days to rest and they will build

    any tips on how to do them? i only have a maximum of 18.5 kg!

    Hold the weight half way up so your straining. Make sure even when you think your going to drop them keep them up, these will fatigue your muscles and if you give them a few days rest allow them to build

    oh need help there too, I think i have wide wastes because when i do sit ups and then i lie down and lift my head a little, i can almost hold my abs in my hand.. thats what is like:|
