    Hips have nothing to do with abs Peoples six packs vary, 1 sec I have a picture of mine I took a few months ago



    If you look you can see I have wide hip bones but still a six pack

    Haha Personally I do the ground because swissball allows me to move alot more which isn't contributing to sit-ups.

    i agree, but with the ground it hurts my lower back (i obviously do it wrong), and that my butt hurts because of my pants and ****
