Practice for Habbo

I was wondering if there is a place or an application out there that would allow you to practice making habbo rooms for free. What I mean is a type of fake habbo where you can buy all furni for free and move it around in a room. I was just looking to practice stacking casinos.

no there shouldn't be any sort of logging in involved. It's really just a simple aplication with. Probably illegal because of copyright but it would be useful.

And there is nothing like that I've heard of.
