The layout is nothing special, but from what you had before, its an improvement. Just be careful about your Furni Wars (Tic Tac Toe), ClubHabbo might try taking your down because you used a free script which they also use.

Alot of fansite owners/staff dont put any effort into there website, which different colours for different things (because there css is wrong), but by the looks of things, you have spent your time making sure everythings as it should be.
