Pokémon Yellow for that "OMG I GOT PIKACHU" moment, when after about 30 minutes I realised what to do. Classic, no-added-crap, Pokémon game.
But in a very close 2nd I'd have to say Silver. 16 Gym's and a revisit to Kanto, and not to much extra crap (Bug Contests were fine).
Unfortunatly my cheat cartrage ruined by Silver cartrage, I can't save, and its no fun playing the ROMs on the computer.
Indeed. But that might be because I owned both Gold and Silver and played them both to DEATH, so when I got Crystal I felt it was pretty much the same thing, just a few differences. Silver bought me the most fun and entertainment, thats how I judge what my greatest games ever are.

VII was the most influential, but not the best (at least in my mind).
And yeah, Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII (PSP) is the prequel to VII, but I'm not sure if it's been released in the UK yet.

Excuse me but Pokemon blue and red ruled all other pokemon gamesIndeed. But that might be because I owned both Gold and Silver and played them both to DEATH, so when I got Crystal I felt it was pretty much the same thing, just a few differences. Silver bought me the most fun and entertainment, thats how I judge what my greatest games ever are.
