A chat link next to the spam forum would be good. I know that most of the people that were on the chat, were in fact spam users. Putting it under Discuss Anything might be something too... A few chat-based Habbox events which won you Habbo furniture would be a good idea.
Maybe a weekly quiz even, yknow? With cash prizes? That'd appeal to everyone.

Ive not actually used the chat since it was first brought onto the forum. Im sure if you where holding competitions on it more people would use the chaten ta beauté gît ma mort et ma vie
