Perm banned accounts?

Are all/most perm banned accounts unbanned? Because mine is and so is my mates. Maybe its got somthing to do with the new appealing thing? ;o

no they not just stuff like they looked at accs and things ok.

Jagex has been looking though all bans and un-banning them.
That's all..
So no, not all permed accounts have been un-banned.
