My new Casino (:

I decided not to go with the Generic layout & look of a Casino, thought i'd be a different.


But would like to know your thoughts on it, anything i can improve, how good you think it is etc.













Oh and also, here's something I did while creating the room

7/10 its alright the typo looks random and I don't like that out some bits have pines and yukkahs.

The pines and yukkas don't really work, and the wallpaper doesn't go.

I'm also not a fan of lodge corners in casinos, maybe use birdbaths instead.

The big clump of lodge on the far right could be replaced with more seating.

You could have made more out of the lodge corners on the rights.

Ok.

1) - Change the wallpaper, the colour doesnt suit the types of furniture you have used.

2) - On the tops of the lodge corners, maybe stick to a pattern, patterns always look best.

Example - pines, nelly, pines nelly, pines, nelly........

3) - I can see that their are few visible gaps around the thrones/holo dices. i suggest either you lower the holo's or increase the height of the thrones.

4) - Although your design on the right looks nice, you would probably benifit more if you had another booth their, it would allow more betters to have booths.

5) - try creating diffrent patterns in the space where gamblers and general members on the public will sit.

take a look around some other casino's and then you should come to a decision on what to wallpaper you should have.

I've acted on what people have said about changing the room and I personally think it looks a lot better now, your thoughts?

That looks alot better.
Still could be improved though.
I think you should put a mood light in and make the floor and walls transparant. ;D Would cover the gaps at the dice.
I think you could put the green birdbaths to better use, like replacing the lodge cornrs with them.. :eusa_whis
And I don't really like the look of the pine/yukka thing, it would be better if you just did like Pine; Yukka as the pattern.
Or even incorperate the Nellys to the pattern, they could do a better job than sitting there randomly.
Seriously improved though.
