For that sort of image to come up as an advertisement there has to be a keyword relating to that on the page and normally that sort of discussion isn't permitted on here so that sort of advert should never come up. I can only assume that content of the page from which the screenshot was taken was of an inappropriate nature, inappropriate enough to generate that advert. :S
Unfortunately, we don't have any control over the content of those advertisements because they're all issued by Google AdSense and are based on keywords posted on the page. We've had problems with them in the past. They always come up because someone has posted something inappropriate on this forum that the Google AdSense picks up on, assumes you must be interested in and generates an advert so, when an inappropriate comment is made (the sort of comment that creates that advert), there is normally a rule breaker to be dealt with. Once the post with the keyword is removed the advert shouldn't show up for that page anymore.
