I'm not sure why the BB forum is there and quite frankly I don't care because I don't use it. You all need to stop complaining because you can't get what you want. Why don't you get a bigger user base of people who want and anime forum and then contact Elkaa or Nvr? Why can't you take the hint as cocaine said, you requested the forum to be created ages ago, it still hasn't, get the picture?

Gork, SS warned you if you carried on flaming, you were looking at an infraction. Why wait until he/she logged off and then start? A coward? We just asked for a forum.

You have to show there is a STRONG interest in the forum and you may get it.

I'm certain my post below is true and there obviously is a strong interest in anime and manga otherwise there wouldn't be all these complaints and threads with tons of users trying to get it a seperate forum.

Second, I don't think anyones pointed this out before but search anime, manga, naruto or bleach in the Graphics section and look at all of the graphics and pictures people have either drawn or made. Theres LOADS. This shows that anime and manga obviously has a high interest on this forum, but since theres no where to actually discuss it, many users don't get involved. If a forum were to be created, I'm sure there would be a burst in the amount of fans and popularity of anime and manga.

Stop comparing shows which are not aimed at a male teenage audience, which is ironically the main demograph which hits this forum.

To compare how this situation happens, Anime covers magazines, Anime is an internet phenomenon, Anime is on Television, it is applicable to NUMEROUS different modes of the media, this is the reason why there is a demand for an Anime forum.

comics and graphic novels could easily go into non-habbo related graphics, and japanese animation can go in the "animations" forum.

and in response to both posts, if "they have noted it for quite a while now, and nothing has been done" - can't you take a hint? going on at them wont get you anywhere and you'll end up annoying them and further hinder your progress.

Er... what? Anime and Manga do not belong in the graphics section at all. This isnt animation as in gifs, it's 25 minute episodes like The Simpsons. This isnt comics like Spider-man, it's books with over 200 pages of dialogue and pictures.

You might also want to check what a novel is.
A novel is today a long written, fictional, prose narrative.

So if Manga had to be posted in a specific section, the closest one to it would probably be Books and the closest one to anime would probably be Television. But wouldn't it be nice to discuss them in the same forum as they are both related.

So why make stupid claims that you don't want an anime forum when you won't use it or care about it? Sticking up for management is an excuse, not a reason. The management haven't quite understood the reason for the forum and it should be added because the demand is there and people have kindly asked (until they ignored them, which is nothing new really). It's you who is immature I'm affraid, for destroying a peaceful argument which many people are apart of. They want an anime forum, and there are no valid reasons for not having one, especially when no-one in the management asked for reasons why, to make them decide...

Something I should try? I didn't spend 3 hours veiwing a forum and flaming. I didn't wait for mods to go offline before I harrased people.
