We need people to sign up and apply for staff. As it's a new site it's not that well known. At the moment currently 200+ people have visited our website.

My attention was immedietly drawn away from the sites content and to the rain animation thing on the right. I then looked at the main content area and was instantly distracted again by the animated stuff going on at the top. You should try and make your website less flashy animations tend to distract people from what they're supposed to be looking at.

Some of your content is riped. The backround is horrible, use the cloud one it would look much better. The 2 flashing banners at the top are very annoying, just use 1 image lol.

I think youll find your the noob and you wont go anywhere with that layout and content. Buy / make a dencent layout and type your OWN content, then maybe you WILL go somewhere!

I wouldn't refer to them as noobs because they probably have 10 times the experience you have. anyone can code a piece of crap like that.
