The walls are covered in pirate flags, so it isn't wall paper.
The floor consists of blue floor tiles and that carpet thingy :p

So their both not wallpaper or floor

the person is refuring to the blacked out wall and floor.

you use a mood light to get that effect u put it on blue and bk ground only and put it to full. works best when u have red floor and walls all ready before u use the mood light
