I think that Sulake have combatted the thing that annoyed me the most, spam!

The update was brillant, just badly executed, i love the look of the new console and instant messenging is brilliant, ive always wanted that, but now just sending a message to some one or a group of people has become tedious, no more inviting people to ur room or saying wat fings ur selling, no1 botheres with mini since its on the homepage, i dont use the homepage unless thers new news or summit, so having it on the homepage reli pi**ed me off

Only good thing about the Mini mail is that, it blocks the spam out, since I don't use homepage. Only to change clothes. Other than that everything else is pretty good, except for the new screen size.

They should have an option to choose which console you want to use. Like skins for the new console so it looks like the old one but works in a similar way.

Yeah but the look of the console isnt much of a problem, its the actual changing of the console that I think was a bad idea. and then they say their not changing it back, at least not put a 10 people limit on minimail, but they dont even do that! They just say their gonna do it in another update

There not going to let all the money the spent developing the idea to go to waste. There not going to reverse the update, just because a couple hundred people out of the Hundreds of Thousands of users across the world don't like the update

Well isnt it only UK so far that has it? And we're thepilot hotel because its most popular? Well I think they will listen to it, if people keep complaining they'll at least let you send stuff to more users or something.

The reason Sulake have taken the console messenger off the client is because they want more of their users to visit and remain on the habbo homepage, why? Because they make more money from their advertising sponsors who display banners on the homepage.

It's simple maths... with more people viewing and staying longer on the homepage where the adverts are, the more money Sulake makes as a company - and at the end of the day that is what a company is, they may say they take our ideas on board but their main priority as for any company is to make as much money as possible.

Look at Tesco for example, they pay as little as possible for their mass food (which is the crap) and sell it on cheaper than supermarkets such as M&S which sell only organic foods (who think of their customers).

I disagree with that, they know that people being on the site isnt going to affect them clicking the sponsors much, people would see them quite often anyway, looking at news or something else.

But my friend agrees the only good things are: Messenger and new screen size.
The few annoying things would have to be the console and minimail.
