It's telling you that it can't connect to gx2sort.info:9014 as the address is refusing the connection, you should talk to your radio provider and find out why.

I'm a person who assumes, I assumed someone really wasn't stupid enough to forget to put in their port and password

I also telnetted the connection = fail.

I provide my own SHOUTcast as I am a Master SHOUTcast Resseller I havent got a clue lol

Don't do that, do that when your good at server/shoutcast management. Just get your self a SHOUTcast from a reliable provider who you can ask 24/7 support.
