I think i was in the situation as another user but i ordered VIP through SMS and i still haven't got the text message back. And i'm not sending off for another one.

If you havent received a text back it didnt cost thus u can resend.

If two people have had the problem, I'd advise against trying again before there's official word on it in case you end up trying like 5 times and get charged for 5 months
