Habbo Credits. Why?

When I did buy credits with my money in 05/06 it was because I was enjoying playing the game and I wanted to. It doesn't affect anyone else, if people want to do that then let them carry on as they wish is my opinion.

I used to buy credits but i stopped, simply because i found 'otherways'of gaining furni that make bigger profits.

Also nowadays for 1 phone purchase you would be lucky to get 2hc with the huge credit crash.

I know loads of people will post stupid answers to this so think about it.
Why do so many people pay real money for fake items?
Is it to look good, brag or because you can?
Im not saying theres anything wrong with it (people have there own views) but why do you do it?

Why do you pay £20 for a bottle of scent/aftershave? How long before the nice smell wears off? You paid real money for something that vanishes
Why do people smoke? That vanishes too!
Why do you pay £50 or more for a pair of labelled jeans that may not fit you for long, as you're still growing? They may not be fake, but won't last forever.
For the majority I would say it makes them feel good, it gives them that feel good factor
Everyone is entitled to spend their money how they wish and if they choose to buy pixels then that's their prerogative. Ask yourself why have you bought VIP in the first month of joining the forum? I've never bought VIP, I don't need it and can afford it

Some Habbos do buy HC just to look cool lol, many buy it because they can, and there must be a proportion that buy it just to fit in, so I don't think its to brag. My Habbo look has been pretty much a non HC look for years, and the number of times I've been asked why don't I dress like the majority of HC Members is incredible.

The only reason I spent any money on Habbo is to use my creative skills, to design rooms with furni, and I didn't need to think about my answer

Advertisement would probably not generate enough money to run all the Hotel's. If it was not for people buying them, Habbo would probably not be as successful as it is today.

I was just thinking about this personally.
I have speant quite a bit on Habbo.
Yet, I don't see why.
You tend to get about 35 credits when you speand money.
But then, 35 credits don't get you very far...
Yet, We still buy more....

Then you must spend alot of money to improve your looks & you sepnd money on Habbo to buying Hc and yous all have furni in your rooms so what dose that make yous Ugly and geeks yous haven't got much going haves yous ?
