PLEASE habbox sort this out you can see that no one except the people that enjoy giving infractions, likes it.

And let's be honest so far EVERY post i have reported has been ignored. Every unfair infraction where MOD's even agree it is uinfair is STILL ignored.

All insults are infracted for the same reason that swearing or pornographic images aren't allowed: it makes the forum unpleasant and there is no need for it. It causes far too much trouble to just let go, I point to the web dev forum as my case study. As soon as someone throws an insult, even just "noob, the thread erupts into a flame war. There really is no situation that you need to use insults, or where it is justified to do so. If you can't argue a point logically and have to resort to insults, you shouldn't be on the thread.
