Im on the bit where you are chasing LYLE in your car after him, he is too fast and my driving its terrible so i keep smashing my car when im turning, got a good way or cheats in solving this (you gotta kill him and my gun wont work in my car for some reason

Also multiplayer seems to be down..

if 360 hold left trigger while cornering its alot easier.
dont use a lorry
dont use a moterbike
preferebly use a sports car
and shoot at him out the window.

You're not meant to shoot at him whilst in the car.
The cop car should be fine.
He eventually crashes, just get him then..

most missions you dont actually kill them during the chase, they usually crash into a wall or something. Yeh, theres a few cars you can spawn which are good for racing, if you hold R1 then you do a handbrake turn..
Just remember to brake early.

Yes, brake early at corners using the handbrake then use the power-slide to turn the nose of your car straight at Lyle.

Preferably wait until Lyle reaches a straight road or a motorway then you can speed and shoot without having to worry about corners

Hold the left trigger to slow your car down a bit then turn the corner, very easy. And don't bother wasting bullets, when it's people driving in a car and they crash all cars into your direction and stuff, they normally get our the car at the end or something then you can kill them.

Unless it says

Chase and destroy the car
then it means that you chase them and keep on their tail until a cutscene comes in where they crash
