Orange, it doesn't mean PROPER sex... it's roleplay; that's like you saying to someone on Habbo "*kisses*" did they report you for that? No.

No, they wouldn't be arrested; it's not against the law.

&&, how the hell is he supposed to know if she's 12, if she doesn't like it- don't use Habbo. She could have "shut up"'d him.

I know its not proper sex, its sexual haressment,
Like if you went for a job interveiw and some bloke whispered
'I will give you uniform exceptions if you have sex with me'.
I understand its Habbo but it things like this that really should not be tolerated, there's a line between funny and just plane weird

Emphasis on the word Habbo, a place for 11+ to have fun and socialise, not a job interview, or the streets.

    Overreaction imo.

If you send this to Sulake, they will probably not do anything, as they have around 15 other hotels to deal with, and 1 user out of the millions that they have isn't going to do anything. If you go into the Welcome Lounge it is full of people shouting that all the time. You should have used the CFH to report it to the MOD on duty and see if they would do anything about it. I see what you mean about it being wrong, but it isn't sexual harrasment as it is only a game at the end of the day, but for the future just use the CFH, as e-mail Sulake about it won't really do anything.

Anyway how old is your sister to get upset by this.

She is SAFE as long as she does not say where she lives.

Thats seems to be the running opeion here that because it is on a chatroom that it does not mean anything. I respect that.

But to me, SH is SH not matter where it is, just like racism is racism whether your calling it to somebody down a street or typing it in your keyboard.

What I always think is that there is a real person behind the pixels, and those pixels represent that person in a digital form. I did some digging up and apprantly SH is an arrestible offence even if it is on chatrooms. But seriously calling the police would definatly be to far.

She did use the CFH tool, but the MOD just told her to leave the room. Which is just pretty much 'running away'. I would like something done about this because at the moment I have lost faith in Habbo Hotel and can really see why people are claiming its dangerous when this is how they react to a 17 year old making crude refrences of a sexual nature to a young girl.

I hope you can understand where I am coming from, and I am sure that if your younger siblings (If App.) were subject to this, you would feel the same way maybe.
The reason you might think I'm overreacting is because, I have always had to look after myself and my brother and sisters, and have been taught that you do not back down if someone has hurt your family.
