Eat 4 - 6 times a day, but only little healthy meals, like on one you might have a couple of boiled eggs without the yolk.

This helps burn off food before it sets in to much ( if you know what i mean) Like if u have 3 big meals a day it's harder to work off.

Then you could do something like 100 sit ups a day, don't do them all at once spread them throughout the day.

    You could also go running.

Loads of things you can do, but nothing is quick. It will take you probz until next summer to have the body you want

Well if you have some fat around your stomach your gonna want to start with a basic cardio routine (about 1-2 hours a day) you can buy cardio DVDS that have good soundtracks like the ministry of sound cardio DVD. You'd have to do that for about a month if you have small ammounts of fat around your stomach (longer if you have more) . You dont want to start doing pressups and situps first because you'll create muscles under fat which would be useless. If you already have a flat stomach and chest you could start doing pressups, situps, Invisible Cycling, Gym work and just general Cardio but you want More Complex Cardio to create muscle (like Rowing Machines Bikes X-trainers ect.)

and for your diet you'll want to just eat 3 meals a day that arent high in fat have a low GI and Generally low Calorie content. Food's Like Soups and stews are good.
