Sorry I don't like the layout, it is quite dark and too many images I think. If you look at many hosting sites they have light fresh layouts where as that is quite dark.

You can't compare that to Host Gator, because it's a professional site that has the money to lower prices and raise storage. His site is just starting and he needs the support.
