The reason they wouldn't donate to us is because of their Governement.

If you had a disaster and Englands Governement we're being stupid, but yet it isnt you fault but you dont get any help? Would you feel happy.

The aid wouldn't get to them, you are half correct that the government isn't supporting them, but you're forgetting that the aid we'd give them wouldn't get to them because they wouldn't allow it or use it.

I would suggest people making a contribution to Oxfam or the Red Cross. They would know where the need is most great. Habbox do give to a chosen charity once a year at Xmas but there are so many disasters and famines in the world it would be difficult to collect for all of them, unfortunately. China is not a poor country and has accepted help from major nations.

I'm sorry but no. This doesn't come out of cruelty of a lack of conscience but out of pure realism. We do a once-a-year fundraiser as it is, but we can't do one for every disaster that occurs, else we wouldn't be able to pay our server fees.

Plus, with the PayPal deduction for the payment to Habbox and the payment from Habbox, it makes a lot more sense to just donate directly.
