    Well add another 60 for Mobo. That's still £400. He's £140 out of pocket

    Yeah, don't use that PSU - it's going to be a crappy no name PSU and will just die and take your other parts with it.

    I think Darren's rig also included the corsair 520hxw psu and p5k mobo, he didn't get ripped off.. lol @ q6600 for 110

    From what he told us, he said he payed £540 for these:

    Core 2 Quad
    4GB RAM
    500GB HDD
    Antec Gaming Case

    He did not state the power, motherboard or anything else.

    Right, but he even posted a thread asking what to buy and I think you posted in it, if he was getting ripped of I think we'd say in the OP, he was probably just showing off the good parts of his rig.

    Stop centering your text!

    This seems ok but it'd be better to go with an iMac.

    @Darren:

    Those specs aren't great... give us them all so we can judge it... eg gfx card, mobo, etc.
    How could this hapen to meeeeeeeeeeeeeee?lol.

    and i thought you people knew a lot about stuff like this!
    both iMacs & MBP's running windows can outperform many pc's - friend of mine has a 2.6 MBP 4gb ram and the latest gfx card they run and can run any game he wants at full settings .... not bad for a laptop... has been debated that macs run windows better than PC's simply because of the higher quality components used!
