It isn't the same going to somebodies house and doing it, they were in the bath, mikey was drunk, or at least tipsy, give the guy a break, I have done worse things when drunk but I have friends who aren't as stuck up as alex or Sylvia...

it would have been acceptable if he'd have actually known her for several weeks and became good friends with her, that way he'd have known how she would have reacted and therefore wouldn't have done it.
