You need 10+ feedback, and you just selection the 'buy now' option when selling an item

If you can't see it then I assume you haven't achieved 10 feedback yet thus meaning you are new and don't know how to add a 'Buy it Now'

As you probably found out by now, you need 10+ feedback. If you cannot see the buy it now option, I'm guessing you don't have that amount of feedback.
