ok so yesterday i had e's for the first time, and everything was good, (well, more than good) and water went fine.
it's litterally 24 hours later, and i'm still desperate for water, my dad keeps giving me weird looksand stuff for the ammount of times i go for water...
anywayyyy - is it normal to still feel dehydrated 24 hours later, it's not as bad as it was, but it's still very annoying/horrible.

For a first time, I would imagine so yes. Keep drinking to meet your demands, don't worry about your dad, just say you feel a bit dehydrated and then you're only partially lying. Eventually you will ease back to normal drinking.

your hypothalamus tells your kidneys to store water and not get rid of it
and your brain still wnats more water so you drink and drink until you have too much water in your body or something.

Yes it's normal - Just make sure you don't drink too excessively, you can drown yourself (according to FRANK).
