Get an iMac, Bootcamp on it, Windows XP:
    £1000 gets you:
    2.8 Core 2 Duo
    2gb Ram - 4gb Ram only £90 extra
ATI Radeon HD Pro - 256
    320gb HDD
    24inch widescreen - built in

...and its a Mac so got the reliability and 3 year warranty included.. also can sell 2 years down the line and only lose about £200-350 on what you paid for it, some say they handle games than normal PC's custom built for it... ive got 1 and i can justify that - runs any game i throw at it good enough for me in high quality settings.

Firstly, you are really annoying, I can do whatever i want to do with my own money! I'm tired of having you everywhere in my face whenever i try having a decent conversation.

I'm ordering the blackbird later today. Thanks for telling about it!

If you're using XP anyway, you don't want to pay for more than 3GB RAM as XP only shows this amount. If you want to access more RAM, you'll either need to use VISTA or find a way to hack XP to show more RAM. I believe I did read a way of doing it.

    Let me see you run:
    Crysis - Ultra High Settings
    FSX - Ultra High Settings

On that, then compare it to my custom built PC. I paid £800 for my computer, which is far bloody better than that POC iMac. Actually now, you can get a better PC for £600 :/
