Only in mild cases, high blood pressure can't be passed down, but asthma can. There isn't anything bad about having asthma, just go see a doctor.

yeah, its 50/50 about asthma and you can be more prone to high blood pressure but its easy to control and only needs to be worried about if you are overweight etc atm or when you get older.

It has been known to be hereditary but it's not something that happens all the time. Cholesterol can give you high blood pressure, and stress amongst lots of other things.
