May I ask why he is 'new to mac' ? I can't work out why you think that..

As normally the first thing someone does when they get a Mac is remove most of the icons like the Address Book icon from the dock

He might be like me, I like to keep things default Like in a game, I stuck with the default gun you get throughout COD4 Like with Windows I keep my theme the same etc...

ohright okay I guess I am to opposite to you, I like keeping my icons for some reason. I like to have as many as possible for some weird reason.

On windows at the momento on my pc, use it for gaming and web design at home. Nothing special, but simple.

What he said was totally wrong I thought it was a nice simple question. No, I don't put effect into it, I just take the screenshot of the dock (I don't use skitch) and it it auto makes it transparent.
