I came late home today because i was at church in the morning and then went to celebrate finishing exams with church friends. Thereofre I came back home late, but I promised a daily report and that is what i will do. So I would just like to say sorry in advance as i didnt have enough of a chance to witness a lot of trades this time round but i tried my best to get as many as possible in the shoprt time available. well, here it is...

As ussual, I have included an average value that I calculate using the number of times and value I see things trade in an attemt to clarify the values. This is underlined and bold.
I have included some other types of rare in the report.

Yellow Road Barrier

1.2CS - seen 1 time
1.0CS - seen 1 time
0.9CS - seen 2 times
Average is 1.0CS
There are very few trades of this furni and it is also not that useful either and therefore people do not wish to pay much for them.
Value decreasing.

3.5CS - seen 1 time
3.0CS - seen 3 times
2.9CS - seen 1 time
Average is 3.09CS
After recent events many people decided to purchase a petal pacth. After doin this most habbos do not wish to sell them for more than they purchased them for and are trying to push the priced. This is resulting in an overall flow of more petal sales. This is also due to the majority of petal sales being for more than one in which the averade value per petal is increased by adding a 1.0 rare to the habbox overall value.

0.5CS - seen 3 times
0.45CS - seen 1 times
Average is 0.49CS
After its release in the catalogue for a relatively cheap price, many sellers struggle to sell for habbox price.

1.0CS - seen 2 times
Average is 1.2CS
Sales are increasing for a relatively attractive furni. Most trades are for more than one too.

It looks like a very good report, I can't fault it (Which will be a pleasant surprise this time i'm sure )

For what Splat said there is 1 or 2 values i also havn't seen before, but the fact that you've only seen it 1 or 2 times means it might of been a 1 off trade.

It's only when you say you've seen like 33 being sold is when it looks suspicious, like with your dino eggs

Same as other have said, Maybe in next report add more values .

Plus you included Exe desk and Traffic light which are not normal rares, they need to be posted in a report in the Misc section.

yh, i know they aren't normal rares but i did mention thatI have included some other types of rares, this was because I had very little time on that day and had to make do with whatever trades i had, sorry if this was a problem
