Also, Callie somehow managed to release ALL supers and rares into the catalogue for 5 minutes, that's why there's so many (they were 3 credits each)

Yeh originally they came from a sponsore deal habbo did with spryo the dragon.
The as stated they got released for a short time.(h)(h)(h)

I also heard somewere that they were released when server side scripting was still possible so many clones were made

Spyro the Dragon competition and many are scripted into the game.

Like others have said, Spyro comp, scripted in the old days, in catalouge (cos of callie), other competitions and probaly some staff that give out prizes at random occasions.
I've left.I'm back.
