Too blue, don't just base it around one colour.
Make each content box title a different colour to make it more playful.
It's just a thought ^

I did try that but it made the layout seem weird, It may look better with some content on so ill try different colour headers with some content

I don't like the banner being a bigger width than where the links will be, apart from that it looks good.

Meh, I don't like it, but it's a good design, not much change and too much blue.
