My favourite actor is without a doubt, Adam Sandler. Johnny Depp and Morgan Freeman are also amazing. I have to say Jackie Chan as well since I am a big fan of his. Oh, and David Jason AND how could I possibly forget Sean Connery! As for actresses, I'd say... Cate Blanchett and Judi Dench.

Adam Sandler. Some of the films he's been in have just been epic.

Epic? I presume that you're referring to the phrase rather than the genre.

Epic? :S How can a comedy by epic?

Epic, usually refers to a gigantic/dramatic scene.
Nothing epic would touch mr Adam Sandle with a 10ft cattle prod.

Epic refers to a dramatic scene? Watch Reign Over Me. It's a drama which starrs Adam Sandler as the main character. It's one of my favourite movies of all time, maybe only beaten by Lord of the Rings and I have yet to meet a person who dislikes it. It's Oscar worthy in my opinion. The only reason it missed out was due to it's release date. Adam Sandler's acting is amazing.
I also recommend Punch Drunk Love. Another drama which starrs Adam Sandler as the main character. Another masterpiece.
All of his drama's are easily above average. You can tell that much by looking on IMDb.

I wish people would stop jumping to conclusions with Adam Sandler. Sure he portrays the same character in different comedy movies, but comedy isn't the only thing he does you know.
