If he is away he will of probally made it so you cannot send him a PM so when he gets back he doesn't have thousands of PM's.

Those saying he's away, he came back from exams on 4th june or something but has been busy lately with the new layout but that workload is soon to end.

maybe he has it set so certain usergroups can PM him aswell as certain users. if thats possible

I think all: mods/smods/[assistant] department managers/admins/agms/buddy list can send them to him. I havent checked to see if I can but I doubt it lol.
