No thats always been in place, thats why people have to link to them as its not uploading a pic to the fansite

These rules were introdcued months ago in the fansite guide. A way around the VIP problem is to replace the word price or charge with donate. This shows users are willingly donating their money and are not being charged. Therefore making it voluntary and not compulsory, as for the habbo homes nothing round that.

However, ClubHabbo does break the rule of disrupting the operations of unofficial & official fansites by having radio managers influencing DJ's from other official/unofficial fansites to work there. Proof has been given by HFFM of a particular radio manager sending in requests asking the DJ to work at CH, screenshots have been made for further proof.

Looks like they're making these rules worldwide which means this was probably put together by someone in Sulake head office, however, there are some rules they haven't involved in the public one which they have included in the fansite guide such as...

o Your actions undermine any other fansite (owner or agent for your fansite).

o You do not clearly label the registration fields that are not required for registration to your site.

o Your owners, agents or any users at your request spam Habbo sites about your fansite.

o Your behaviour (owner or agent) is deemed by Habbo staff as inappropriate for a fansite.

o You incite Habbos to break the Habbo Way.

On the other hand, the ones in bold are sort of like this one... - Break the law or talk others into breaking it.

So in a way, Habbox & ClubHabbo should of already made these changes ever since they became official, because they're pretty straight forward in the guide. :rolleyes:

They've always been allowed but at the end of the day it's at the fan sites owner(s) discretion.

habbo just want the money people spend for VIP on fansites to be spent on the actual hotel for credits :rolleyes:

whatever word you use, its still giving money in return for extra features so i dont think it matters how people try n spin it?

Just say your a .COM fansite, as they dont have this rule in effect do they? lol
