I am abit more better then that and my 15th birthday is in novemeber.
I would suggest doing press ups and chin ups and sit ups for atleast 20 mins every night!![]()

errm, lunch i eat in school like pasta or boild potatoes, with like a chicken peice not deep fat fried or anything. Out of school I go to the gym about 3-4 times a week usually, go on my bike sometimes,and do excersizes like crunches sit ups push ups etc
