Wow that's ridiculous. Anyhow, why is it legal for users to upload things like music to YouTube?

I suppose because of the many ways they can be downloaded now, i'm not sure

Viacom are claiming that youtube have broken copyright restrictions.

Not sure what they're going to do with our I.P addresses and video logs though.
