    Google has been ordered to hand over logs of every video watched by every user on YouTube to Viacom. They even requested the full source code to YouTube, but it was declined.

    Seems a bit OTT.

    That would put me off youtube tbh. Not that I watch anything wrong on there.. I dont even know if there is anything wrong on there.

    Its pathetic from big mega-companies like Viacom.
