Oops! I forgot to ask him about his position. I did ask him since when was he Habbo Staff but he said *Unable To Anwser*

This is NOT Habbo Staff. As Habbo Staff DONT have the Shut Up Button NO MATTER what Staff they are, as the Badge removes it. Also The Badge is WAY not in the right place. And im sure if he was there, there would be a big crowed, or even someone talking to him or stood infront of him.
