No, you must have a MYSql database.
What you do is the following:
    1. Go to Documents, and at the top were it says C:\Users\Main\Documents clear it and make it C:\Mysql
    2. Then go to Bin
    3. Click winmysqladmin
    4. It will start, then close. At the bottom right corner there will be a little stop sign, right click, go to Win NT>Start Service (or something like that)

If C:\Mysql doesnt appear, post here and tell me, because you will have to download mysql.

Have you tried clearing all the files from your computer, uninstalling it, redownloading, and then reinstalling it?

You probobly have, but just trying to help.
