i think when a call is taken up that it should be deleted off the system so that only one habbo can answer it..

when one mod picks it up another cant.

It should be like that so its only you helping and not the army of 20 habbos behind you!!

Another moderator can pick it up, it just tells them that another Mod has already answered it.

It will now search for new habbos.
When one is found, you have the option to go to their room, or not.

It's because there are a lot more Helpers than Helpees, hence why when you find someone there will often be 4-5 people already helping.
