It's not right... The kid could be employed by the school to improve their system instead of leaving the security vunerabilities, damn the kid has a future and americans are too freakin blind to see that. =/

All probably the same thing, just named differently. Thats the sort of attitude American courts have, they'll reword a offense just to make them sound more criminal.
