Try going to control panel, then portable media devices, click your ipod and have a look in the folders?

No its ok, Im on a mac, figured out how to do it. Go to iPhoto

Also, you can now save images from Safari. Simply hold your finger on the image and click 'Save Image'

With around 550 levels, and more added each day for free.. this app is a must buy IMO. Fun aswell!
