How do I upload em? I mean take them of my iPod and onto my comp?

use an app called screenshot - it'll save it in the directory of your ipod.

then use a program such as WinSCP (or an alternative FTP client) and use your ip address as your username and alpine as your password, to log in. Locate the screenshot and upload it

Im running 2.0. Not jailbroke.

There is.. TUAW and people have done it on non jailbroke. You can take screenshots on 2.0 now.. but I dont know how to upload.

To take a screenshot you hold home the home button and press the power button.

Then plug your iPod in and in my computer open your iPod and the images are in there
