Does it really matter, its a catchy name which you'll remember

Of course it matters. It's not really a name which you'd think, oh yeah that's that site. Well, not me anyway but the layout needs works, a lot of development and so does the logo but good luck with it all.

It doesnt particularly matter. I mean look at some names of big companies... Apple, Google, Orange, O2. Youd have no idea what any of those did if you had just seen them for the first time. I agree with you that the layout needs changing but i think the logo is fine. Maybe tweaking the actual image a bit but thats it

No it's not? I was thinking "whats that teen news project called again" earlier and couldn't remember it. It's an absoloutely stupid name and the design is in no way at all up to date. Go on, get something decent and modern. Far too much blue and it looks too 'blocky'.

I can easily remember the name, its one of the names which actually sticks in my mind unlike alot. I like the logo its different and works with the layout.

I read this thread, went away and posted when I cam back. When I was away, then was the time I was trying to remember. Not exactly short term memory, it's such a stupid name to create a site with. At least base it around what you're doing or make it catchy.

It's not modern, lets face it. For modern, turn to the likes of Youmeo, Twitter, TheMattinator (that site is lovely!) etc, not what you have with the blocky blues and far too much colour. Look at the grey diagonals, too. Not really modern.

Themattinator ill give to you is modern but twitter? come on that site layout is crap imo. It looks horrible. Youmeo isnt that much better but its passable. And ill say it again. I know the layout needs work. If you have any better names then im open to them but the fact is im sticking with that at this moment. Flubb or flubbed are the most likely choices

TheMattinator is amazingly cool. Twitter is only good for modern parts of the site, for example, the div that states "Already using Twitter by SMS or IM? Click here."

Also the What? Why? How?'s borders etcetc and dropdown.

Just because i said i cant be dealing with you today, it doesnt mean i wont speak and defend my project (design and what not). Learn to understand english please. If i said im not gonna deal with you today then thats a different story but you know. Can i at least have your opinion on the idea? not the layout and stuff because i do know you give good feedback some of the time even if it is just a little
